Itinerary
Day 1 Arusha - Serengeti National Park
Set off after breakfast at 7 am for the transfer to Serengeti National Park exploring the en-route landscapes in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and past the Olduvai gorge – the site where the skull of early man was discovered by Dr. Louis and Mary Leaky. Proceed to Serengeti for an exciting afternoon wild game viewing experience.
It is an incredible destination with endless savannah plains dotted with counts of wild game including the Big five namely; Buffalos, Elephants, Lions, Leopards, and Rhinos; great counts of wildebeest, gazelle, Zebra, and many more. Dinner and Overnight at either Midrange or Luxury Lodge.
Day 2 Full day game drive in Serengeti National Park
The day is dedicated to an extensive game drive in Serengeti National Park for both morning and afternoon game viewing experience.
The great Serengeti Mara Ecosystem is home to the famous annual Great Migration where Millions of Wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of Zebras, and hundreds of Thompson Gazelles cross the crocodile-infested Grumeti and Mara rivers to Maasai Mara and back which is the more rewarding moment to explore but would require more days in Serengeti.
The rare antelopes like Roan Antelope, Klipspringer, lesser Kudu, dik-dik, fringe-eared oryx also exist. The park is home to 500 bird species. Dinner and Overnight at either Midrange or Luxury Lodge.
Day 3 Serengeti National Park - Transfer to Arusha
Settle for breakfast and take up the final game drive in the savannah stretches of Serengeti for more wild game viewing opportunities after which you transfer back to Arusha.
